Parents give toddler pot [PHOTOS/VIDEO]; Parents and a grandfather of a 23-month-old allegedly allowed the toddler to smoke marijuana, authorities in Mayville, N.Y., reported.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's office said the three suspects encouraged the child to smoke a lit bowl on Dec. 5 at their home.
